RIP Tony Scott
Tony Scott, one of my all-time favourite directors committed suicide this morning. He was 68 years of age.
Many have dismissed his movies as simply “popcorn filmmaking” and while this cant be overlooked you also have to remember that Tony single handily invented the template for the modern action blockbuster that very few directors have ever followed correctly.
